The Bordeaux Métropole Transport Network (TBM) is operated by Keolis Bordeaux Métropole Mobilités on behalf of Bordeaux Métropole.

The website www.infotbm.com, the TBM network's mobile applications, and the services they provide access to (Tram & Bus, V3, Bat3, Park & Ride) are published by Keolis Bordeaux Métropole Mobilités, the operator of the TBM network (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Services").

The following provisions define the conditions under which users are authorized to access the Online Services. Any access to the Online Services automatically implies the application of these provisions, which the user acknowledges and accepts.

1.Use of the website and online services:

We make every effort to provide reliable and up-to-date information on the Online Services. However, despite our efforts to keep them updated, errors or omissions may occur. We do not guarantee that the Online Services will be free from anomalies, errors, or bugs, or that they can be corrected, or that the Online Services will function without interruption, or that they are compatible with hardware or a configuration other than that expressly validated by us. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information, documents provided, schedules, routes, product descriptions, services, and prices, and reserve the right to suspend or modify them at any time without prior notice.

We cannot be held responsible for the use made of the Online Services. Since we cannot control all the resources to which the Online Services refer, we are in no way responsible for these resources. We are not responsible for any malfunctions attributable to third-party software, whether or not it is incorporated into or provided with the Online Services. We are in no way responsible for any type of foreseeable or unforeseeable damage (including loss of profits or opportunity) arising from the use or total or partial inability to use the Online Services.

The user acknowledges the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, particularly its technical performance, response times for consulting, querying, or transferring data, and the risks related to the security of communications. We or any third party mentioned on the Online Services cannot be held responsible for any damages, of any nature whatsoever, attributable to the use, inability to use, or results of using the Online Services or resources linked to the website or Online Services, or attributable to website or Online Services content.

All our efforts aim for the greatest possible compatibility in accessing the Online Services. However, access to them will yield the best results when using Microsoft Edge 41, Firefox 56, Chrome 66, or their subsequent versions.

The Online Services, the graphic, textual, and computer elements that compose them are protected by intellectual property rights and neighboring rights, reserved for the sole holders of these rights. Reproduction of the contents of the Online Services is permitted provided that the integrity of the reproduced documents is respected (no modification or alteration of any kind) and provided that the source, its date, and the hypertext link to the original page are provided. Outside of this case, no reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, exploitation, translation in whole or in part, for free or for consideration, is authorized unless we have obtained our express written consent beforehand. The creation of hypertext links to any pages attached to the website or Online Services is subject to our prior written agreement.

The information presented on the Online Services is communicated to the public, but cannot be used by users for commercial or advertising purposes. Users are responsible for their use of the site, online services, and their content, and we cannot be held responsible for the consequences of using the content of the Online Services, or any content downloaded or copied from the Online Services.

External sites linked to the Online Services are not under our control, and we decline all responsibility for their content and the services offered.

4. Applicable law and updating of legal notices:

These legal notices, the Online Services, their use, their availability or unavailability, are subject to French law. 6. Mediator:

 

Mediation is a recourse service. It is intended for customers who are not satisfied with the response received after a complaint to the Customer Service of Keolis Bordeaux Métropole Mobilités. To enable its intervention, any complaint must be preceded by prior steps with the Keolis Bordeaux Métropole Mobilités Complaints Department.

Through mediation, customers can obtain a second opinion.

Independent and impartial, the Tourism and Travel Mediator (http://www.mtv.travel) is responsible for reconciling points of view. However, the opinion is advisory and may be rejected by either party.

Don't forget to attach a copy of all documents tracing the process to the request. A response from the mediator will be sent within 2 months (or 4 months for the most complex cases).

The handling of cases is confidential, and mediation is free of charge.
