Have you received a code to activate your PASS CONGRES on smartphone?

 

  1. Download the TBM app and go to the m-ticket section;
  2. Sign in by creating an account;
  3. Enter the code provided by the organiser of your event;
  4. Activate your Bluetooth and location.

Good to know:

  • Your CONGRESS PASS includes travel on tram, bus and BAT3 river shuttle lines. The period of validity of your CONGRESS PASS is indicated when you receive the code.
  • Your pass will be active the first time it is validated on board a BAT3 tram, bus or river shuttle.
  • In case of ticket control, you will need to present the QR code generated automatically by the application. Make sure you always have a good battery level!

Have you received a ticket PASS CONGRES?

This ticket allows you unlimited travel for the duration of the seminar (number of days specified by the delegate). It must be validated each time you board the tram, bus or river shuttle.

 

Other TBM tickets by the day or by the trip

The TBM network offers a complete range of day and travel tickets available:

  • on the TBM app
  • in one of the TBM shops
  • at tramway stations
  • from bus drivers (1 and 2 journeys only)

Trams and buses run until midnight or 1am

From Monday to Wednesday, the 4 tram lines run from 5am to around midnight, and until 1.15am from Thursday to Saturday. All bus lines from 1 to 16 also run on the same timetables.

 

At weekends, the TBNight line: every 30 minutes, all night long!

On Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and the eve of public holidays, TBNight buses run from 1.30am to 5.30am from the Base sous-marine (Bordeaux) <> to Village 5 (Gradignan). Download the TBNight leaflet here.

 

Flex'Night: THE on-demand night service

To book your night transport in advance, download the TBM flex' app (Android ou IOS), create an account and let us guide you.
Choose a departure and arrival stop and the time you wish to leave or arrive. You will be informed 30 minutes before the bus arrives at your chosen stop. You can also book by phone on +33 5 57 57 89 99.

Enjoy a bike ride

The TBM Bike: 2,000 classic and electric bicycles to suit all uses

You can borrow a bike for occasional use using a simple bank card or the TBM bike app. Once the service has been activated, you will be issued with an access number valid for 24 hours. This number must be entered each time the bike is unlocked from a terminal, and invoicing will take place at the end of the period. You will be charged €1 to pick up a classic bike, or €2 to pick up an electric bike. 
Each time a bike is picked up, the first 30 minutes are free of charge and then the charge is €0.10/minute.

Good to know: how much is the security deposit and how does it work?

When you activate the "Le Vélo" (The Bike) service, you will be asked to pay an uncashed deposit of €140. Don't worry, this sum will only be deducted in full or in part in case of theft, loss or damage to the equipment attributable to the user.

 

Practical information in case of unforeseen circumstances

I've lost something on a tram or bus journey. What should I do?

To find out whether it has been found, you have two options:

  • Make a request online
  • Contact us on +33 5 57 57 88 88 (press 3)

The lost property service at Gare Saint Jean is open from Monday to Friday, 2pm to 7pm. Take your reference number (obtained online or by phone) and your ID to collect your item.
